Refund & Cancellation

International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON Bhuvaikuntha, Pandharpur) is a registered charitable public trust under Bombay Public Trusts Act Vide Reg. No. F2179(Bom), PAN-AAATI0017P.

All contributions and Seva offerings made through our digital application and portal (https://mobileapp.iskconbhuvaikuntha.com) are voluntary spiritual donations designated for deity worship, daily prasadam distribution (Anna Daan), temple construction, Goshala cow protection, and charitable initiatives.

Therefore, donations once paid are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or transferred.

If an inadvertent technical failure occurs—such as a network glitch or session timeout where an amount is debited multiple times for a single donation—the donor may submit a written refund claim with complete transaction IDs and bank confirmation within 7 working days.

Upon verification by our finance desk, legitimate duplicate deductions will be refunded through the original payment gateway (PhonePe / Banking channel) within 7 to 10 working days.

No physical goods or commercial products are shipped. Tax-exempt e-receipts and donation certificates are delivered digitally via WhatsApp and Email instantly upon payment realization.
